Spicy Pumpkin Appetizer Soup Recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 C. cooked or canned pumpkin
2 C. chicken or vegetable broth
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. butter or olive oil

Directions

Mix together in medium saucepan and heat thoroughly over medium heat.
