3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
Pinch of cream of tartar
Pinch of salt
1/3 C. sugar
